FAQ

Frequently asked questions

A short guide to using the service and what to expect from it.

Do I have to pay to try it?

No. Free analyses are available once you sign up, and no payment details are needed for them. Plans are only for people who need more analyses.

What photo works best?

A front-facing shot in soft daylight, camera at eye level, hair away from the face, no makeup and no filters. Your camera's smoothing removes exactly the details the analysis reads — best turned off.

What happens to my photos?

The photo is needed to run the analysis. What happens to the data afterwards, how long it is kept and on what legal basis it is processed are set out in the privacy policy. If you want your photos deleted, write to support: deletion is done on request.

How accurate is the analysis?

Accuracy depends on the photo more than on the algorithm. In even daylight with a front-facing shot, the reading of skin type, tone and face shape usually matches what you see in person. Poor lighting and filters distort it badly.

Does this replace a doctor?

No. The analysis describes what is visible on the surface but does not establish the cause. A dermatologist makes the diagnosis in person. For persistent breakouts, itching, pain or a sudden change in your skin, see a doctor rather than an online service.

What languages does the service support?

Russian, Uzbek and English. You switch language in the site header, and the AI answers in the same language.

How do I know whether my routine is working?

That is what the Progress section is for: it compares your analyses and shows what changed. For the comparison to be fair, shoot in similar conditions and repeat every two or three weeks — over a shorter period skincare has no time to show.

The result does not match how my skin feels. Why?

Usually it is the photo: warm lamp light adds warmth to the skin, side light creates shadows that read as texture. Try shooting again in daylight without makeup. If the gap remains, write to us — we look into such cases.
